Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong communication, verbal and written, is essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Washington State driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

# Service SchedulerTacoma, WA 98424## OverviewSalary Range$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 Base+Commission/year## DescriptionAs a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with scheduling service appointments and answering inquiries. You will work closely with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
