Schumacher Automotive Group in West Palm Beach is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to join our Corporate office. Are you a customer service pro? Do you have a vision for creating positive experiences with clients?

The Scheduler responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the client is provided impeccable service. The scheduler will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments with Service Advisors, and contribute to a friendly, professional client experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills; experience using Word, Excel and other MS products.
• Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
• Must be available to work Weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Must be able to read/write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls with a warm and friendly manner: answering client questions, making appointments, coordinating service with Service Advisors.
• Handle outbound calls to Schumacher clients to remind about appointments and schedule service-related recalls.
• Participate in webinars and trainings to stay current with automotive industry standards.
• Sit and speak on the phone for long periods at one station.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
