Danbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Scheduler to be the communications hub for our Service Department. The right candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor.

The Service Scheduler will make appointments for service customers, assist the service advisors with customer communication, and assist as needed in the department.

Responsibilities

• Scheduler Service Appointments
• Answer phones assist customers as required
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with DealerTrack and/or Xtimea plus
• Available to work Full-Time
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
