Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service inquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries.
• Manage customer emails and chats efficiently.
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed ones.
• Log and maintain customer information in CRM.
• Drive traffic to the dealerships.
