Job summary

Leeds West Groups in Yukon, OK is seeking a Sales Associate to provide legendary customer service, promote automotive services, and drive sales while supporting daily store operations.

You will listen to customer needs, explain service options, apply promotions, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments. This role requires integrity, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; travel between local stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Active and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Listen to needs and advise on automotive repair services.
• Promote repair services with clear benefits and pricing.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate appointments.
• Schedule service appointments based on availability and profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Ensure services comply with safety and industry standards.
• Monitor KPIs to improve shop performance.
• Assist with inventory control and expenses to support budgets.
• Fulfill opening/closing duties as a key holder.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per OSHA.
