Leeds West Groups is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver legendary customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced automotive retail and repair environment. The role supports daily operations, scheduling, and inventory while promoting automotive repair services and financing options.

A strong emphasis is placed on integrity, teamwork, and exceeding business goals. Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and prior industry experience.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license.
• Background check and MVR required; clean driving record.
• Prior industry knowledge/experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations including scheduling and staffing.
• Provide legendary customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Advise customers on automotive repair services and pricing.
• Identify upsell opportunities to boost sales.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely appointment completion.
• Schedule service appointments based on availability and profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
