Job summary

Leeds West Groups in Iowa seeks a Sales Associate to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, service technicians, and staff to promote repairs and maintenance, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires integrity, strong communication, and the ability to upsell services while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Active and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field a plus.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Prior automotive industry knowledge and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Provide legendary customer service and promote promotions, financing options, and service quality.
• Listen to needs and provide recommendations for automotive repair services.
• Identify upsell opportunities to meet customer needs and increase sales.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate appointment completion.
• Schedule service appointments based on availability and profitability.
• Maintain customer records and process invoices and payments.
• Ensure services comply with policies and safety standards.
• Analyze KPIs to improve shop performance and manage inventory and costs.
• Act as a key holder for opening/closing procedures.
