Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment and maintain professional appearance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate options to customers.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories based on product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with estimates of cost and completion time; update customers.
