Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Austin to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and present solutions with a focus on service quality and sales growth.

You will work a customer-facing role with uncapped commissions, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and insurance benefits. Join a team committed to integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at least five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate with customers.
• Provide accurate quotes and updates on service status.
• Ensure proper cashing out and explain warranties.
• Follow up post repair and track returns.
• Other duties as assigned.
