Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, interpreting vehicle needs and guiding them to recommended services. Your role focuses on delivering a smooth, professional service experience from greeting to completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to work at least five days including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect the vehicle to identify needs.
• Suggest services with clear cost/time estimates.
• Promote services, parts and accessories based on product knowledge.
• Provide timely quotes and updates on service status to customers.
• Process payments, review warranties, and explain terms to customers.
• Follow up on repairs and returns to ensure satisfaction.
