Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Austin, TX. You will be the primary contact for customers, assessing vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish.

The role offers uncapped commissions, competitive pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, and holidays. A high school diploma is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to listen to customers and document concerns.
• Able to explain vehicle recommendations and pricing clearly.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven environment.
• Willingness to work five days a week including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle/service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates for services.
• Update customers on progress and status throughout the day.
• Cashing out tickets and reviewing warranties and completed work.
• Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Support other duties as assigned by the team.
