Reliable Automotive in Kyle, TX is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to turn customer care into a high-impact career. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, present options, and guide service from intake to finish.

The role offers uncapped commissions with an earning potential of $45k–$75k, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement. Openings: 2.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work five days including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle history to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services.
• Keep customers updated on status of their services throughout the day.
• Assist with cashing out and explain warranties and inspections.
• Track returns, core items and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
