Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Spring, TX. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping identify vehicle needs and recommending solutions to ensure a smooth service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet and inform customers.
• Ability to identify vehicle needs and explain options clearly.
• Comfort with promoting services, parts, and add-ons.
• Willingness to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional manner, in person and by phone.
• Listen to concerns, document them, and reference service history.
• Recommend services and communicate estimates and timelines.
• Provide accurate quotes and updates on service status.
• Follow checkout procedures and explain warranties to customers.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
