Job summary

Delta World Tire in Mississippi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Service Advisor to drive sales and promote services. You will greet customers, document needs, quote timelines, and communicate effectively with customers and technicians.

A focus on service quality and upselling is essential, with a compensation model of up to $20 per hour plus commission and bonus. Qualifications include customer-focused professionalism, a valid driver’s license, and availability to work at least five days

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license or obtain a valid driver’s license within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone using standardized techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicles and verify service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories; provide accurate quotes with costs and timelines.
• Provide updates on service status and review completed work at checkout.
• Track returns and warranty parts; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
