Experience in service advisory roles is preferred but not required.
Professional appearance and ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
Must possess a valid driver’s license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally in person and by phone using standardized techniques.
Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicles and reference service history.
Recommend services and clearly communicate estimates and timelines to customers.
Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
Provide accurate quotes and updates on service status to customers.
