Job summary

Delta World Tire, a leading tire and automotive repair provider in the Columbus, MS area, seeks an Assistant Store Manager/Service Advisor to drive sales and promote all services. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, quote timelines, and guide them through service decisions with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license or obtain a valid driver’s license within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and reference service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product understanding.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time and update customers.
• Process payments with warranty explanations and follow-ups for satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
