Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Manager-in-Training (MIT) to learn the VIP culture and management processes, preparing to lead a team and ensure safe, effective operation while delivering an exceptional customer experience at the location.

The MIT will help the team achieve VIP programs and standards, coordinate scheduling, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations, contributing to the store's success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Leadership and people management experience in automotive service operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid business sense with ability to analyze, prioritize, and implement solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Solid understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

Enforce safety policies and training; ensure safe operations.
Learn VIP processes to build an extraordinary team and deliver a superior customer experience.
Assist in hiring, developing, and coaching associates; manage LMS and vendor training.
Coordinate scheduling to meet customer demand during all hours of operation.
Communicate effectively with team through daily huddles and meetings; support 5 for 5 program.
