Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as priority and enforce safety policies.
• Learn VIP processes and build an effective team.
• Hire and develop associates and ensure LMS and vendor training completion.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management; conduct regular meetings.
• Coach associates in VIP 5 for 5 process and educate customers on vehicle conditions.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance and compliance with codes.
• Enforce service ethics and company policies; support location policies.
