Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training.
• Graduation from an industry recognized service training program preferred.
• Current driver's license; proof of minimum state insurance on personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Train Advisors to greet customers with hospitality and respect.
• Train Advisors to present the best repair solutions clearly.
• Manage the store workflow in an effective manner.
• Train Advisors to sell services honestly and with integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
• Use the phone professionally to build long-term relationships.
• Supervise and direct employees.
• Prepare monthly and yearly business goals.
• Act professionally reflecting the quality organization.
• Direct, coordinate and participate in customer service activities.
• Ensure all work meets proper specifications.
• Assist other employees as needed.
