Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to lead and coach others; recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Service all automotive service needs of customers; oversee hiring and training of staff.
• Maintain high teammate retention and ensure quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage paperwork, transactions, and store policies for efficient operations.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Facilitate front/back shop communication to optimize revenue.
