Simi Valley Toyota is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service department, lead technicians, service advisors, and support staff, and drive efficiency and customer satisfaction in vehicle servicing.

You will monitor KPIs, implement revenue strategies, and maintain a safe, organized shop while communicating with customers about repairs and maintenance needs. Leadership and automotive software proficiency are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive repair is preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a service department at an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and systems used in automotive repair and service departments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise all service department employees, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure department goals are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service department revenue and profitability.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the service department.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Train and mentor service department employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Stay current on industry trends and address challenges and opportunities in the service department.
