Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department, acting as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. The role emphasizes world-class service, overseeing repair estimates, parts and service sales, and timely completion of repairs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has post-secondary automotive training or equivalent experience, at least two years in a supervisory role, and ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee service department operations and staffing.
• Ensure customer approval before service begins and communicate estimates clearly.
• Track repairs and inform customers of status and revised estimates.
• Maintain quality control and road testing of completed repairs.
• Oversee compliance with safety policies and dealership procedures.
