Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive in Baton Rouge is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team of technicians and advisors. You will manage estimates, shop workflow, and communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive customer service and service sales, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Windows-based software; TekMetric is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive customer service and service sales.
• Prior experience as a service technician.
• Supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Experience with TekMetric preferred.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee Handbook.
• Take necessary corrective and/or disciplinary action for employee non-compliance.
• Ensure quality of work, attitude and performance meets guest satisfaction goals.
• Direct the smooth, orderly and organized operation of the store.
• Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy to understand.
