The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Fixed Operations team at our multi-brand dealership network. This role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and a relentless focus on service excellence to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, coach technicians and advisors, and implement process improvements to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Solid understanding of dealership operations (DealerTrack experience preferred).
