You will greet customers, manage service calls, schedule timelines, and present estimates while coordinating with technicians. We value reliable, customer-focused professionals with computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer OR 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager.
• Proven customer service and sales/up-selling skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable with computers and dealership service systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience from check-in to completion.
• Greet service customers and manage inbound service calls.
• Schedule appointments and communicate service timelines.
• Present repair and maintenance estimates clearly and confidently.
• Coordinate repair orders with Technicians and monitor workflow.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Support daily service operations and administrative processes.
