The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead daily service operations and coach a high-performing team within our fixed operations leadership group.

You will drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced dealership environment, with strong leadership support and opportunities for long-term growth across our regional network.

Formación

• 2–3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance
• Solid understanding of dealership operations (DealerTrack experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
• Flexible availability to support service operations
