HERTRICH Family of Dealerships seeks an experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Desk Manager to join our leadership team. You will lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, drive results, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years automotive sales or finance management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations.
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus.
• OEM certifications are a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus).
