Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department at our Pinson location. You will recruit, coach and develop technicians, set high standards of customer service, and partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance.

In this role you will schedule duties, supervise shop activities, manage parts inventory, and ensure safety compliance while delivering timely vehicle service to customers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding leadership and store management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role.
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives.
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS Compliance.
