Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager responsible for setting the highest standards of excellence and coaching a motivated service team within the store. You will develop staff, manage service operations, and build strong customer relationships while upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support and final employment decisions.
• Supervise technicians; plan and schedule duties.
• Coach staff on ISI systems and service standards.
• Interact with customers on sales, service, and opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service personnel.
• Manage parts inventory and purchases; align with Tire Purchase Program.
• Ensure store safety and equipment layout.
• Supervise shop area and ensure safety compliance.
• Coach on wheel torqueing process.
• Ensure proper inspections are conducted.
