Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, ensuring quick, thorough vehicle service and an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and adherence to company values in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will supervise technicians, manage customer relations, and coordinate with the Store Manager to drive performance and growth across locations.

Responsibilities

• Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company.
• Greet customers courteously and provide a high level of customer service.
• Complete work accurately and quickly while customers remain in their vehicles.
• Perform courtesy tasks for customers (e.g., clean windshield, lubricate door hinges).
• Perform multi-point inspection and identify additional repairs.
• Advise Service Consultant and/or VSI for extra mechanical services.
• Inspect fluid levels and vehicle components.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Oversee store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Handle inventory and stock orders; open/close the store.
