1st Kia is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our automotive service department with enthusiasm and expertise. You will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive profitability by effectively managing technicians, parts, and repair processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, dealership experience, and a passion for diagnostics and repair. In-person role with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction as a core priority.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
• Extensive mechanic experience with diagnostics and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with auto service estimating software and procedures.
• Strong leadership to manage technicians and shop operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service department to deliver high customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including complex systems.
• Manage estimating and service-writing to ensure accurate repairs.
• Upsell maintenance opportunities to increase customer value and meet targets.
• Maintain safety standards and quality control in line with manufacturer specs.
• Communicate repair needs clearly to clients and manage expectations.
