1st Auto Group is seeking a dynamic Kia Service Manager to lead the service department with enthusiasm and expertise. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability by managing technicians, parts, and repair processes.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, dealership experience, and a passion for diagnostics and repair. This in-person role focuses on delivering top-tier vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
• Extensive mechanic experience with diagnostics, repair techniques, and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with estimating software and service writing procedures.
• Upsell experience while maintaining integrity and customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the service department to achieve high standards of service and efficiency.
• Oversee diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and repairs including oil changes and more.
• Manage repair estimates and ensure proper service writing procedures.
• Upsell services to enhance value while meeting targets.
• Ensure safety standards, quality control, and clear client communication.
• Oversee billing procedures and apply dealership workflow to maximize satisfaction.
