VIP is seeking a Manager-in-Training to learn how to lead an automotive service team and drive a superior customer experience. The role focuses on safety, compliance, team development, and operational execution at the store level.

You will learn VIP processes, participate in coaching sessions, and prepare to manage associates, scheduling, and service quality across all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and develop a high-performing team
• Strong safety, policy, and compliance awareness
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Familiarity with LMS training and vendor programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Learn VIP processes to build an extraordinary team delivering a superior customer experience
• Hire, coach and develop associates; ensure LMS and vendor trainings are completed
• Schedule staff to cover all hours of operation to meet customer needs
• Communicate clearly with the team through daily huddles and regular meetings
• Manage safety, facility readiness, and equipment maintenance per guidance
