VIP’s Manager-in-Training program develops future leaders by immersing you in store operations, safety compliance, and customer experience. You will learn the VIP processes to lead a team and ensure exceptional service at your location.

As an M.I.T., you’ll hire and develop associates, coordinate schedules, support training, and help manage daily operations, including safety, facility upkeep, and policy execution.

Formación

• Safety compliance with federal and state regulations
• Team leadership and development
• Knowledge of LMS and ASE certifications (training)

Responsabilidades

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow all safety policies
• Learn VIP processes to build an Extraordinary Team delivering superior customer experience
• Hire, develop, and coach associates; ensure LMS and vendor trainings are completed; certify technicians
