Qualifications

• Must hire and develop associates in area
• Ensure LMS training completion for store staff
• Ensure associates achieve ASE certifications where applicable
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and train staff accordingly
• Learn VIP operations to build an extraordinary team and customer experience
• Schedule team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation
• Communicate effectively via daily huddles and store meetings
• Oversee dispatching of work orders to technicians and coordinate with management
