Job summary

VIP Tires & Service in Houlton, ME seeks a Manager-in-Training (MIT) to learn the VIP management culture and processes while preparing to lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive service and customer experience.

You will train across safety, team development, scheduling, and policy compliance, supporting store operations and striving to meet VIP standards and programs with guidance from the District/Market Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make sure workplace safety is Priority #1; follow safety policies, complete safety training, lock out unsafe equipment, report unsafe conditions to management.
• Learn the VIP way of building an Extraordinary Team that delivers a different and better customer experience to every customer.
• Learn VIP’s processes and be prepared to execute duties: hire the best associates, develop a superior team, ensure LMS training and vendor training, ensure basic ASE certifications, schedule to meet customer needs, train and educate customers about vehicle conditions, and manage work orders.
