Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Bucks County is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to build relationships with new and existing customers, drive business, and ensure outstanding service. You will manage inbound leads, generate cold leads, greet customers, oversee technician workflow, order parts, and guarantee quality of the center’s work.

This full-time role offers weekday daytime hours, competitive pay with incentives, health insurance, a 401k, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of automotive experience with a track record.
• Not a retail sales role; complex sales experience required.
• Excellent one-time closing skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive experience with a track record of success
• This is not a retail sales role! Complex sales experience is required

• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
