Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Proven success leading dealership service operations.
• Strong understanding of fixed operations and service profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Toyota experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing service team.
• Drive customer satisfaction while meeting profitability goals.
• Hold advisors, technicians, and support staff accountable.
• Monitor technician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair orders.
• Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders.
