Job summary

Bryan Easler Toyota in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an exceptional Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the region's fastest-growing Toyota service departments. The right candidate will bring proven leadership, a drive for competition and accountability, and a track record of developing people and delivering results.

Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Management experience; Toyota experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Proven success leading dealership service operations.
• Strong understanding of fixed operations and service profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

• Monitor technician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair order performance.
