Bryan Easler Toyota is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the region's fastest-growing Toyota service departments. The role offers an annual salary range of $175,000–$225,000 and a path to build a high-performance operation with accountability, development of people, and strong profitability.

You will manage advisors, technicians, and support staff, ensure Toyota standards, and collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Executive Leadership to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Proven success leading dealership service operations.
• Strong understanding of fixed operations and service profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing service team.
• Drive customer satisfaction while achieving departmental profitability goals.
• Hold advisors, technicians, and support staff accountable to performance standards.
• Monitor technician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair order performance.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the dealership's reputation.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota standards, warranty requirements, and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
