The successful candidate will manage advisors and technicians, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with Toyota standards, while focusing on profitability and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Proven success leading dealership service operations.
• Strong understanding of fixed operations and service profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing service team.
• Drive customer satisfaction while achieving departmental profitability goals.
• Hold advisors, technicians, and support staff accountable to performance standards.
• Monitor technician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair order performance.
