Reliable Toyota Lexus BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong operational and financial performance.

You will oversee service, training of advisors and technicians, and strive to improve CSI, productivity, and profitability in a fast-paced dealership environment.
