Reliable Toyota Lexus BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead all aspects of the dealership's service operation. You will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving operational and financial performance.

You will hire and develop service advisors and technicians, analyze performance metrics, and strive to improve CSI scores and profitability in a fast-paced auto service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Dealership Service Manager experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational and financial objectives.
• Experience driving CSI improvement and sustained profitability.
• High-energy, organized, and results-driven leadership style.
• Passion for developing a proficient team made up of diverse employees with wide ranging backgrounds and skill levels.
