Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team!

A Sales Manager takes on many roles, including managing daily operations such as generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, and overseeing the technical team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform a high volume of warm calls to potential customers (must have excellent phone sales skills and the ability to close sales in one call)
• Engage and consult with incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to generate and close sales successfully
• Greet customers and recommend appropriate services
• Manage technician workflow and monitor the status of customer vehicle repairs
• Order parts and manage inventory
• Maintain a high level of customer service and quality control across all aspects of the center's operations and work products
