Combining in-depth automotive repair knowledge with people skills, this position manages customer relationships and serves as a liaison between technicians and customers. Responsibilities include selecting, coaching, leading, training, and supervising vehicle technicians, as well as assisting with the purchase of parts, materials, and equipment.
