Responsibilities
As an Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee all automotive and general service technicians, including:
  • Providing exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers
  • Following up on services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
  • Overseeing vehicle inspections and making comprehensive recommendations—building repair orders and sourcing parts
  • Discussing pricing estimates with customers and promoting shop specials
  • Leading, managing, and training the team while aligning with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
  • Supervising up to ten employees
  • Overseeing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles and light trucks
  • Maintaining inventory counts
  • Ensuring overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of store or service management experience
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership and team-building abilities
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
