Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Missouri is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to run day-to-day operations, drive sales, and lead the technical team. You will coach staff, build customer relationships, and ensure quality work.

This role involves high-volume warm calling, in-person consultations, coordinating technician workflow, ordering parts, and delivering outstanding customer service across the center.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and executing in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coachable, honest, and goal‑oriented team player.
