Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Spokane, WA is seeking an Automotive Manager with experience to lead daily operations, drive sales and oversee the technical team.

You will engage customers in-person and by phone, build strong client relationships, manage technicians' workflow, order parts, and ensure quality service. This role offers a competitive compensation package, ongoing training, weekday schedule with no weekends, growth opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5+ years of Automotive Management Experience.
• Excellent closing skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level.
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player.
• Must have valid driver's license.
