Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. in Quakertown, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to build relationships with customers, drive business, and ensure outstanding service. You will manage inbound leads, sales, and the workflow of technicians while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes complex automotive sales, parts ordering, and hands-on leadership. This position offers daytime hours, training, and growth opportunities within a well-known regional service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive experience with a track record of success
• This is not a retail sales role! Complex sales experience is required
• Excellent one time closing skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
• Must have valid driver's license

As an Automotive Service Manager you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to drive business and ensure outstanding customer service.

Position Responsibilities:
