• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional approach.
• Assist Store Manager in interviewing/training service technicians.
• Help manage daily work orders, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Support achievement of service sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure safety standards and store cleanliness, inventory, and processes are maintained.
